As we only use fresh ingredients and no preservatives, you must refrigerate our pastries and consume them the day of purchase.
Our pastries should be removed from the refrigerator 20-25 minutes before serving to allow them to reach room temperature.
As nuts are included in some of our recipes, we cannot guarantee a nut-free zone. When nuts are an ingredient, we have specifically indicated so in the product description as well as the list of ingredients. While we do our absolute best to avoid cross-contamination, people with severe nut allergies should be aware that all our products are produced in a facility where nuts are present.
Yes, you can place a pre-order for delivery or pickup from our atelier located at 4088 B Howard Avenue 20895 Kensington MD just off of Connecticut Avenue.
No, unfortunately every order must be placed before 2pm on the day before pick-up the next day.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any products sold. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, mechanical or labor issues, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other reasons out of our control.
