Financier Cake

The Financier Cake is as tasty and delightful as its interesting name. These cakes resemble gold bars and, hence, the name. Our Financier Cakes are a perfect blend of simplicity and innovation that make them stand out. Each pack of our financier cake comes with two distinctive sets of chocolate and hazelnut cakes, each with its distinctive flavor and taste. We use almond powder, butter, egg white, flour, sugar, and hazelnut praline/chocolate to prepare these cakes with a distinctive flavor. These ingredients allow you to consume the cakes up to 5 days after opening the pack. The moist and tender cake melts in your mouth and is perfect for enjoying tea or coffee.

The Madeleine Cakes are one of our specialties. Several legends are attached to these cakes, which have been around since the 17 th century. These iconic shell-shaped cakes are a beloved symbol of French baking and are known for their delicate flavor and texture. We make our Madeleine following a traditional recipe passed down through generations. We use the finest ingredients, including fresh eggs, sugar, flour, and butter. We bake them in specially designed molds. They last up to 5 days from opening and shall serve you well on your trip. You will enjoy the crispness on the outside and the soft and moist feel inside.
