The famous French almond cake, flavoured with brown butter or “beurre noisette”. Light and moist with a crisp, eggshell-like exterior.

Almond powder, Butter, egg white, flour, sugar.
Hazelnut praline or chocolate

Preservation and consumption:
Consume within 5 days after opening. Store in a closed bag.
