Madeleine cake

The madeleine or petite madeleine is a traditional small cake from Commercy and Liverdun. Madeleines are very small sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-like shape and a heart of salted butter caramel.

Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder.

Preservation and consumption:

Consume within 5 days after opening. Store in a closed bag.
