Maison Nina is a licensed pastry business in the State of Maryland, producing handcrafted desserts in a commercial kitchen facility. We offer pre-ordered pastries for pickup only at our Kensington location.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Pickup-Only Policy

• All products are available by pre-order and must be picked up in Kensington, Maryland.

• Pickup location and instructions will be included in your order confirmation email and/or SMS.

• Please pick up during the scheduled time; we are not responsible for missed pickups and do not guarantee product availability outside that window.

• Delivery and shipping are not available.

4. Order Confirmation & SMS Communication

By placing an order, you agree to receive SMS and email communications from Maison Nina related to:

• Order confirmations and reminders

• Pickup instructions

• Follow-up messages requesting a review of your experience

We do not send marketing messages unless you opt in separately.

5. Payment & Tax

• All orders must be prepaid through our website.

• We accept major credit/debit cards via secure checkout.

• As a registered Maryland food business operating in a commercial kitchen, sales tax may be applied to your order where required by law.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders are non-refundable due to the perishable and custom nature of our products.

• Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, and at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.

7. Health, Safety & Allergens

Maison Nina products are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen inspected by the Maryland Department of Health.

• Our pastries may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.

• It is your responsibility to inform guests or recipients of any potential allergens.

• We do not guarantee allergen-free items.

8. Use of Website

You agree to use Maison-Nina.com for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Interfere with the operation of the site

• Copy or misuse our content

• Attempt unauthorized access to data or systems

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
